The following NSW schools and institutions are conducting, or intend to conduct, trials of the STEM Experiential Learning Journey during the 2022 school year
Hunter Valley Grammar School
The Hunter Valley Grammar School is an independent, non-selective, non-denominational, coeducational day school for students from Preschool – Year 12.
It is located in the beautiful Hunter Valley near Maitland.
STELR (Science and Technology Education Leveraging Relevance) is a national initiative of the Australian Academy of Technology and Engineering.
Purpose-built equipment allows students to undertake both guided and open-ended research.
Ravenswood School for Girls
Ravenswood is a Uniting Church, Kindergarten to Year 12 Day and Boarding school which aims to equip and inspire girls to participate in and contribute to our evolving global society.
It is based in Gordon on Sydney’s North Shore, and is one of Australia’s leading independent girls’ schools, offering holistic education with a strong academic focus.
The Cessnock Academy of STEM Excellence (CASE)
CASE is an initiative of the Cessnock High School Learning Community (CHSLC) and the NSW Department of Education.
This learning community has resulted from a collaboration between Cessnock High School and five local partner primary schools of Abermain, Cessnock, Cessnock East, Kearsley and Kitchener.
Catholic Education Diocese of Parramatta (CEPD)
The CEPD supports 58 primary schools, 22 secondary schools, two Catholic Trade Training Centres, four Catholic Early Learning Centres and 23 Catholic Out of School Hours Care Centres.
There are around 43,000 students and almost 5,000 staff. The Diocese is committed to responding to the needs of all students in a world that is changing rapidly.
Molong Central School
Molong Central School is a K-12 government combined school located in Molong, 37km NW of Orange in NSW.
The school draws its primary students, for the most part, from the immediate township. In addition secondary students travel a significant distance to school by bus. Manildra, Cumnock, and Cudal are feeder schools for the secondary department. Students also join us from Molong and Manildra St. Joseph's schools.
